Informativa sui rimborsi

Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • In the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging with all tags attached

To start a return, please contact us at farii1x33@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note: items marked as Final Sale, swimwear, and intimates are not eligible for return for hygiene reasons.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or color, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and your order number. We’ll offer a full refund or a free replacement, your choice — no need to return the faulty item in most cases.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank. There is often processing time before a refund is posted.
  4. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at farii1x33@gmail.com
